Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bibliostudy.com. The studies are still in development, so these terms currently apply to the marketing site and any prerelease materials we make available.

Effective August 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using bibliostudy.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. About the current site

Biblio Study is a developing collection of Bible study resources for individuals, families, small groups, churches, and homeschool education. Descriptions of planned studies, formats, features, review processes, or availability explain our present intentions and may be refined before release. The site does not currently offer paid products, and no displayed material constitutes a pricing or availability commitment.

3. Permitted use

You may use this site for lawful personal, family, church, group, or educational information. You may print or share a reasonable excerpt for noncommercial discussion when you retain any attribution and copyright notice. You may not copy substantial portions, republish the site, remove notices, impersonate another person, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at scale, or use our content to create or train a competing commercial product without written permission.

4. Intellectual property and Bible text

The Biblio Study name, visual identity, original writing, study frameworks, artwork, and site design are owned by Biblio Study or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Biblical texts remain subject to the rights and permissions of their respective translation publishers unless a translation is in the public domain. Scripture references do not claim ownership of the biblical text.

Separate licenses will accompany published studies and homeschool companions. Those product-specific terms will control if they differ from this website policy.

5. Communications and submissions

If you send feedback, suggestions, or other material, you retain ownership of your original content. You give Biblio Study permission to use that submission without restriction or compensation to evaluate and improve the project, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Do not submit confidential information, copyrighted material you do not control, or personal information about a child.

6. Families, students, and supervision

Adults are responsible for deciding whether the site and future study materials are appropriate for the children in their care. Children under 13 should not submit information through the site. Biblio Study supports, but does not replace, the spiritual oversight of parents, guardians, churches, pastors, or educators.

7. Theological and educational purpose

Our materials are designed for Christian study and formation under the commitments in our Statement of Faith and Theological Review. They do not replace a local church, ordained pastoral care, professional counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or services required to meet a particular school system’s accreditation or reporting rules.

8. Third-party resources

The site may link to Curiosity Tree and other independent resources. A link does not give Biblio Study control over that site or make us responsible for its content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Biblio Study disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every planned study or feature will be released. We welcome correction when an error is identified.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biblio Study and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Changes, suspension, and contact

We may update the site, suspend access, remove content, or revise these terms as the project develops. The effective date above will identify the current version. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Questions may be sent through the contact method published on bibliostudy.com.
